Approve the appointment of Anthony Ligouri to fill the unexpired term of Lorraine Johannessen on the Manasota Key Street & Drainage Advisory Board. This appointment will be effective immediately and will expire on October 31, 2025.

Background:
Lorraine Johannessen on the Manasota Key Street & Drainage Advisory Board has resigned their position and the vacancy needs to be filled. This position has been advertised and there are no other applicants. Ordinance 2016-041 states: Members appointed to fill a vacancy with a remaining term of more than six months shall fill the remainder of the vacant term.
