Set a public hearing on April 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., or soon thereafter as may be heard, in Room 119 at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida to consider approving an Ordinance to prohibit parking at the west end of Windward Road and Arlington Drive, Englewood, Florida, at the hammer head rights-of-way.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Public Works was approached by residents on Windward Road and Arlington Drive, Englewood, Florida, to prohibit parking at the hammer heads at the west end of the streets. Vehicles parked in those areas will not allow the proper use of the hammer heads for a turn-around.
