b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Certification of Financial Capability for Perpetual Operations and Maintenance Entities.

No action needed. Budget available for annual estimated operating and maintenance in the amount of $2,543 will be funded by South Charlotte Stormwater MSBU assessments.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
The design and permitting of Zemel Road Roundabout are on-going. The certification is to satisfy a requirement by the Southwest Florida Water Management District to demonstrate the financial ability by the County to operate and maintain effectively the roadway infrastructure and stormwater facilities over the long term.
