Background:

This is the request for the professional services of a firm to provide School Speed Zone Enforcement Program. The Firm will provide and install a school zone speed detection safety camera system equipment on designated roads/school zone within Charlotte County. This program will be exclusively violator funded.
On April 8, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners approved the ranking of the firms and the approval to start negotiations, but Contract needed to be brought back for official review and approval.
