Publix grocery with an attached 2,100 sq. ft. liquor store and a detached 9,800 sq. ft. retail building with associated parking, landscaping, utility connections, and stormwater conveyance system. This project site is 14.351± acres and is located at 1871 El Jobean Road, Port Charlotte, Florida in Murdock Village. Located in Commission District IV.
