BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Tuckers Developers, LLC, is the owner of the real property in Charlotte County located within the Tuckers Grade and Interstate 75 where the property was previously approved as planned development by the Board of County Commissioners. Whereas Willow Leaf Boulevard, the main entrance, aligns with an existing median break on Tuckers Grade; and whereas a signal will be warranted at Tuckers Grade and Willow Leaf Boulevard, Tuckers Developers, LLC, at its sole cost agrees to provide the signal design, construction, and installation when it is determined that a signal is warranted and approved by Charlotte County Public Works Department.
