Conduct a public hearing to consider a Resolution approving the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN) application of Pasco-Pinellas Hillsborough Community Systems, Inc. dba AdventHealth Wesley Chapel EMS (“AdventHealth”), to provide emergency advanced life support and basic life support services throughout areas of Charlotte County on September 23, 2025, at 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter, in Room 119 at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida.

Pursuant to Charlotte County Ordinance 25-014, Article III, AdventHealth is requesting a COPCN for an Advanced Life Support Services (interfacility transfer) Service.
