Conduct a public hearing to consider adopting an Ordinance updating and modifying the Capital Improvement Program Schedule FY25/26 through FY30/31 on September 23, 2025, at 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter, in Room 119 at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida.

No action needed. Funding for adopted projects is provided from various funds, as outlined by the Capital Improvement documents and adopted within the FY26 county-wide budget.

A public hearing is required to adopt by ordinance updates and modifications to the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Schedule for the next six years, FY25/26 through FY30/31. Projects in the CIP Schedule are based on items addressed at workshops during the budget process.
