BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

body

Background:

Chardev North LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the owner of the real property in Charlotte County located within the Burnt Store Area Plan where portions of the property were previously approved in residential planned developments by the Board of County Commissioners known as the “Firelight” project.

Whereas, the proposed access point to the property connects to Zemel Road; a single lane roundabout is proposed at the Firelight Development main entrance connection to Zemel Road as the phased development of the Firelight project proceeds. Chardev North LLC, at its sole cost, agrees to provide the roundabout design, permitting and construction at the issuance of the fiftieth residential Certificate of Occupancy. The plans shall be reviewed and approved by Charlotte County Public Works Department prior to construction commencement.
