REQUESTED MOTION/ACTION
As a recipient of State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) funds, the AHAC is responsible for reviewing policies, land development regulations, the Comprehensive Plan, and other aspects of the County’s policies and procedures that affect the cost of housing. In addition, the AHAC is responsible for making recommendations to encourage affordable housing and to submit an incentive report every year.
