Recommended Action:
a) Approve Change Order #3 for File #25-204, 2025 MSBU Paving Program, awarded to Ajax Paving Industries of Florida LLC of North Venice, Florida to increase amount $555,931.81. This change order is to add Reclaimed Base to one area and subtract Reclaimed Base from another, also to add milling on Rotonda Circle; and
b) Approve additional 120 days of contract time; and
c) Approve Resolution for budget adjustment BA26-221 in the amount of $555,932 increasing the MSBU Capital Maintenance Paving Program.

Budgeted Action:
Approve budget adjustment BA26-221 in the amount of $555,932 to amend the MSBU Capital Maintenance Paving Program for Rotonda West. Funding is provided from Rotonda West Street and Drainage MSBU assessments.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Public Works is requesting Change Order #3, to add Reclaimed Base to one area and subtract Reclaimed Base from another, also to add milling on Rotonda Circle. This change order increases the Contract amount $555,931.81, for an updated total cost of $17,610,063.81.
The original contract time was 249 days for completion. With the additional 120 days, the updated contract time is 369 days.
Original Bid Amount $17,054,132
