BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

body

Background:

JBCC Cranberry & 41, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is an owner and developer of a portion of the real property located at the intersection of US 41 and Cranberry Boulevard in Charlotte County, as described in the application for a major modification, PD-24-13.

A condition of approval of PD-24-13 requires the developer, at its own cost, to design, permit and construct a second southbound left-turn lane on US 41 at Cranberry Boulevard, at timing determined by the County. The developer does herby agree at developer’s cost to design, secure permitting, and pay for construction of the improvement.
