No action needed. Budgeted in the Information Technology Capital Maintenance Plan as approved in the FY26 budget process. Funding is supplied from the IT Equipment Replacement Fund via transfer from Capital Projects, ad valorem.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Information Technology is requesting the purchase of new laptops, workstations, and docks for an endpoint refresh. The order will consist of 113-Dell Pro 16 Plus PB16250, 4-Dell Pro Max XE (MC16250) Bases, 111-Dell Pro Slim Plus QBS1250 and 117- Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock SD25TB4, and 40 hours of onsite intern tech support for the endpoint refresh. This purchase is through the NASPO Computer Equipment PA - Florida Contract #43210000-23-NASPO-ACS Contract.
Therefore, it has been determined to be in the best interest of the County to award the purchase of Endpoint Refresh Laptops, Workstations, and Docks, per the NASPO Computer Equipment PA - Florida Contract #43210000-23-NASPO-ACS Contract and awarded to Computers at Work, Inc. DBA V Tech of Naples, Florida for a total cost of $347,780.52.
