Background:
On December 12, 2023, the Board approved award of Request for Bids #24-113, Water Quality Analysis Utilities - Annual Contract to Sanders Laboratories, Inc. of Nokomis, Florida. Sanders Laboratories, Inc. has been acquired by Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater SouthEast, LLC, a limited liability company.
It is therefore requested that the Board of County Commissioners approve the Contract Assignment on this contract from Sanders Laboratories, Inc. to Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater SouthEast, LLC.
