Recommended Action:
Approve Piggyback award of File #26-330, UKG Workforce Management Pro Renewal, for a 12-month term (March 18, 2026, through March 17, 2027), per the Omnia Partners Contract #24-6833, awarded to UKG Kronos Systems, LLC of Atlanta, Georgia for a total cost of $238,680. This is for Kronos, the automated and integrated hosted timekeeping system utilized by various departments throughout the County.

No action needed. Funds are available in the General Fund IT Maintenance budget as adopted with the FY26 budget process. Funding for this expenditure comes from ad valorem.

Background:
Kronos is an automated and integrated hosted timekeeping system utilized by various departments throughout the County. UKG Management Pro Renewal is utilized for records of absence, activities, timekeeping, Management Analytics, Management SMS MFA, and Telestaff.
Timekeeping (annual renewal) $195,840
Telestaff (annual renewal) + $42,840
$238,680
Therefore, it is in the best interest of the County to award of File #26-330, UKG Workforce Management Pro Renewal, for a 12-month term (March 18, 2026, through March 17, 2027), per the Omnia Partners Contract #24-6833, awarded to UKG Kronos Systems, LLC of Atlanta, Georgia for a total cost of $238,680.
