Recommended Action:
Approve Change Order #2 to the Request for Bid #25-493 Cleaning Services for Charlotte County, to add the Charlotte County Sheriff Office (CCSO) Administration Headquarters to the cleaning contract at the unit price of $4,500 per month and the Supervisor of Elections (SOE) Warehouse at the unit price of $350 per month.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
The purpose of this bid is to secure the services of a qualified firm capable of providing cleaning services in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. The Contractor must demonstrate experience in commercial cleaning, adhering to "Commercial Cleaning Industry Standards".
Facilities is requesting the cleaning services for CCSO Administrator Headquarters for the lobby and public restrooms five (5) times per week and the offices to be cleaned three (3) times per week at the monthly unit rate of $4,500.
Facilities is also requesting the cleaning services for the SOE Warehouse for the office area, bathroom and breakroom one (1) time per week at the monthly unit rate of $350.
The initial term for both locations will be from April 2026 to September 2026; both locations will then be incorporated into the annual contract renewal.
