Recommended Action:
a) Set a Public Workshop to be held on April 21, 2026, at 9 a.m. in Room 119 at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida, to discuss county owned parcels of land containing waterways; and
b) Set the BCC Monthly Workshop for April 21, 2026, at 9 a.m. to begin immediately following the Public Workshop, or soon thereafter; and
c) Set a Special Land Use Meeting to be held on April 21, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 119 at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida to consider DRC-25-200, West Port Village Final Detail Site Plan.
