A Resolution of the Board Of County Commissioners of Charlotte County, Florida, approving the Community Development Block Grant proposed FY 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan and FY 2026 Annual Action Plan; authorizing staff to receive Community Development Block Grant funds; authorizing the County Administrator, or his/her designee, to execute any related HUD applications, assurances, and certifications; and providing for an effective date.
