BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Prior to this Ninth Addendum the legal description of the entire property was ZZZ 074022 P54-1. After being platted in 2022 to create the Starbucks drive-thru property, the legal description of the land on which the building sits that a portion of said building is leased to Economic Development is now STB 000 0000 0001. The Ninth Addendum is seeking to revise only the legal description therein.
Staff has reviewed the ninth lease addendum. Real Estate Services, Economic Development, and the County Attorney’s Office support this addendum.
