BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

body

Background:

On March 12, 2024, the Board approved Resolution 2024-035 designating the County Administrator or his/her designee as the Project Manager and authorizing the Project Manager to apply for and administer the grant. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) requires a resolution which identifies the grant Project Manager as reflected on the actual Florida Boater Improvement Program grant application. The proposed Superseding Resolution meets FWC requirements.
