a) Approve Resolution to allow Englewood Beach Waterfest to temporarily utilize golf carts during their event; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution.

Background:
Englewood Beach Waterfest utilizes golf carts to assist in the execution of their event. The golf carts are utilized only within the Race Village boundaries indicated within the included exhibits.
