a) Approve Amended and Restated Lease Agreement between the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and Charlotte County; and
b) Authorize the Chairman, or designee, to sign the Amended and Restated Lease Agreement.

MPO, as Lessee, desires to continue to lease a portion of the Property located at the County's Bob Pryor Employee Health Center, 1050 Loveland Boulevard, Port Charlotte, Florida 33980 in Charlotte County, as envisioned by the lnterlocal Agreement for Administrative Services.
