BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
The Solodev Renewal Agreement provides the County with software support and maintenance of the Solodev CMS Enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure for the hosting of the website. The five-year renewal support period will from July 23, 2024 through and including July 22, 2029. The payment schedule includes: $105,390.10 for Year 1, $108,288.33 for Year 2, $111,266.26 for Year 3, $114,326.08 for Year 4, and $117,470.05 for Year 5. In 2019, the County partnered with Solodev for the website redesign and migration, making this a Sole Source purchase since only Solodev can offer this particular support service.
Therefore, it has been determined to be in the best interest of the County to award the purchase of the Solodev Five-Year Renewal to Solodev Spacemade, LLC of Orlando, Florida for a total cost of $556,740.82 and authorize the Chairman to execute agreement.
