body

Background:

Taylor Morrison of Florida, Inc., is the owner of the real property in Charlotte County located within the Burnt Store Area Plan, where portions of the property were previously approved in distinct residential planned developments by the Board of County Commissioners known as the “Starling“ project.

One of the proposed access points to the property connects to Burnt Store Road, and a signal will be warranted at the Starling Development connection to Burnt Store Road as the phased development of the Starling project proceeds. Taylor Morrison of Florida, Inc., at its sole cost, agrees to provide the signal design, construction, and installation when it is determined that a signal is warranted and approved by Charlotte County Public Works Department.
