BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

body

Background:

CC Burnt Store, LLC, is the owner of the real property in Charlotte County located within the Burnt Store Area Plan, where portions of the property were previously approved in distinct residential planned developments by the Board of County Commissioners known as the “Coral Lakes” project.

One of the proposed access points to the property aligns with an existing median break on Burnt Store Road, and a signal will be warranted at the Coral Lakes Development connection to Burnt Store Road as the phased development of the Coral Lakes project proceeds. The CC Burnt Store, LLC, at its sole cost, agrees to provide the signal design, construction, and installation when it is determined that a signal is warranted and approved by Charlotte County Public Works Department.
