Background:
Charlotte County Community Development Department, on behalf of Lennar Homes, is requesting that the street name Samana Cay Loop be changed to Seasalt Loop, as it was recorded on the Final Plat FP-15-07-02 in error. This change is necessary to avoid potential confusion for emergency personnel and vehicles, as well as the Property Appraiser, the Tax Collector, and the County GIS system.
What action will be accomplished?
If approved, the entirety of the street will be named Seasalt Loop.
