Approve award of Piggyback purchase off the Manatee County School District Contract #21-0053-MR, to Rep Services Inc. of Longwood, Florida for the total amount of $359,681.61. This is for the purchase and installation of batting cage covers and shelter for the South County Regional Park.

Background:
The purpose of this "piggyback" purchase is to secure a firm price for the purchase and installation of batting cage covers and shelter for the South County Regional Park, per the Manatee County School District Contract #21-0053-MR.
Therefore, it is recommended to approve award of Piggyback purchase off the Manatee County School District Contract #21-0053-MR, to Rep Services Inc. of Longwood, Florida for the total amount of $359,681.61.
