The preparation and submittal of an adopted Transit Development Plan (TDP) major update complies with Florida Administrative Code Rule 14-73.001. The submittal of a major TDP update every five years is a requirement by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as a prerequisite to receiving State Public Transit Block grant funds.
