Recommended Action:
a) Adopt Resolution authorizing a lease agreement with Charlotte County Public Schools (CCPS) for tenancy at the Family Services (FSC); and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Charlotte County Public Schools (CCPS) Social Work team is requesting one (1) shared cubicle and full access to the Family Services Center (FSC) as a leased partner. Government partners (local, state, or federal) interested in tenancy have not been required to participate in the non-profit RFA process for tenancy (ref: DOH-C; CCSO). The space is available, and the services provided align with FSC service delivery priorities. The Community Action Agency Advisory Board (CAAAB), the entity charged with the review/consideration of non-profit requests for tenancy for recommendation to the BCC, are aware of the prospective lease and support the addition.
Provided for review and consideration are: the Resolution; and the partially executed lease.
