The project consists of Phase I of a residential development with 220 units. This project site is 123.42± acres of a 314.19± acre parcel boundary and is located at 26000 Zemel Road, Punta Gorda, Florida within the boundary of the Burnt Store Area Plan. Located in Commission District II.
