BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
On July 9, 2024, the County and MVCRA entered into the Fifth Amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Kolter Group Acquisitions, LLC and Lost Lagoon Development, LLLP. Staff is requesting that the MVCRA consider an updated resolution authorizing the Executive Director to execute certain documents to close the transaction. One or more resolutions will be attached to the Legistar item for the September 24 meeting.
