a) Approve a MOU with the Daughters of the American Revolution to purchase and donate a Revolutionary War Patriots Memorial Marker at William R. Gaines Jr. Veterans Memorial Park; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the MOU.

Background:
The Daughters of the American Revolution wish to donate a Revolutionary War Patriots Memorial Marker for the William R. Gaines Jr. Veterans Memorial Park. Staff have worked with the organization and recommend approval of the MOU.
