body

Background:

Applicant, Lennar Homes, LLC, is requesting Preliminary Plat approval for a subdivision to be named Tuckers Cove - Phase 2, consisting of 505 residential lots and 7 tracts. The proposed preliminary plat is associated with the approved Preliminary Site Plan application, DRC-23-00113 Hamlet 1 Tucker’s Cove Phase 2, which consists of 84 twin villa units (168 dwelling units), 267 single-family lots, 70 townhome units, and associated drainage and utility infrastructure.

On August 12, 2024, this application was presented to and approved by the Planning and Zoning Board (P&Z Board).

What Action will be accomplished?

If approved, it will allow for the applicant to apply for Final Site Plan Review and then Final Plat approval through the BCC. After any conditions of approval are met, it will be able to apply for Final Site Plan Review to begin infrastructure installation and construction.
