Pursuant to the Charlotte County Local Participation Fund Ordinance Number 2021-025, as adopted on July 13, 2021, conduct a public hearing to consider an Assessment Resolution setting the rate of collection pertaining to applicable hospital properties for a payment due upon receipt of invoice and authorize the Chairman to execute the Letter of Agreement.
