recommendation

Recommended Action:

a) Approve Resolution authorizing execution of closing documents; and

b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution.

 

 

Background  :

The purpose of the resolution is to authorize the county administrator as MVCRA Executive Director to sign the various closing documents that require MVCRA assent (e.g., the deeds, easements, affidavits and closing statements, and other last minute required documents), which is the practice the MVCRA and County adopted in the previous two transactions.
