b) Approve the Agreement between Charlotte County and Katherine A. Tracy Pfisterer; and
c) Authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement.

On August 19, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners (“BCC”) appointed Kay Tracy to the position of Interim Director of Economic Development. The BCC further directed the County Attorney’s Office to prepare an Agreement between the County and the Interim Director for her appointment as Director of Economic Development and for presentation to the BCC. With the exception of the starting salary, the Agreement is prepared according to BCC direction. When the starting salary is finalized by the BCC, the agreement will be finalized for full execution.
