BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
The parties desire to amend the agreement to reflect their intent to reserve $10,000 to aid Charlotte County employees recovering from catastrophic hurricane damage by establishing the Charlotte County Employees Disaster Rollover Fund to be spent solely on recovery needs of FY2024/2025 Charlotte County employees.
