Budgeted Action:
Approve Budget Adjustment BA25-145 in the amount of $198,959 to the FY25 Fiscal Services Budget - General Fund. Funding is from ad valorem.

As presented by the Fiscal Services Manager on October 22, 2024, in light of the increased demand for disaster recovery funding efforts, it has become clear that this is no longer a temporary concern. Just the additional funding and programmatic compliance requirements resulting from recent hurricanes and the pandemic will keep us fully occupied for at least the next five years. Our current structure is no longer sustainable for long term support of the organization’s needs. In order to address these needs more effectively, we are requesting the addition of a new Disaster Recovery Manager position and a new Financial Assessment and Compliance Analyst position for Fiscal Services.
