Recommended Action:
Approve Piggyback award of File #25-238, UKG Workforce Management Pro Renewal, for a 12-month term, which includes a setup fee per the Omnia Partners Contract #18220, and award to UKG Kronos, LLC, of Lowell, Massachusetts for a total cost of $195,840. This is for Kronos the automated and integrated hosted timekeeping system utilized by various departments throughout the County.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Kronos is an automated and integrated hosted timekeeping system utilized by various departments throughout the County. UKG Management Pro Renewal is utilized for records of absence, activities, timekeeping, Management Analytics, Management SMS MFA, and Telestaff.
Therefore, it has been determined to be in the best interest of the County to award File #25-238, the purchase of UKG Workforce Management Pro Renewal, for a 12-month term, which includes a set-up fee per the Omnia Partners Contract #18220, and award to UKG Kronos, LLC of Lowell, Massachusetts for a total cost of $195,840.
