Recommended Action:
a) Approve Amendment 1 to Purchase Agreement #PL318 Core Opioid Settlement Funding with Central Florida Behavioral Network for establishing funding of up to $206,250.00, not to exceed the amount specified herein; and
b) Approve Resolution authorizing the County Administrator, or designee, to execute amendments and any related, non-substantive documents relating to the Purchase Agreement #PL318; and
c) Authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment 1 and Resolution.

No action needed. This funding is budgeted in the FY26 Opioid Fund 1092. There is no local match requirement.
