Recommended Action:
a) Approve contract for Request for Proposal #25-188, Inspection and Condition Assessment for Wastewater System Pipelines, Manholes and Force Mains, to Mead & Hunt of Fort Myers, Florida for a total not-to-exceed project fee of $999,640; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign.

No action needed. Budgeted in the Utilities Operations and Maintenance Fund - Operations budget as approved in the FY2026 budget process. Funding for this expenditure comes from rate revenues.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
This is for professional services required to provide a Wastewater System Pipeline, Manhole and Force Main, Inspection and Condition Assessment in accordance with the County’s Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance Program.
On July 22, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners approved the ranking for firms and the approval to start negotiations, but requested the Contract be brought back to the Board for official review and approval.
