Background: 

The Water Authority will be issuing new debt for the Phase 2B pipeline, the large Surface Water System Expansion Project as well as potentially refunding the 2015 bonds. The attached Resolution authorizes the Chairman to execute the Continuing Disclosure Certificate for inclusion in the Official Statement.
