On September 8, 2026, the Board approved a letter in support of Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s enforcement of private landfill operations of SLD Landfill Inc. The Board directed the County Attorney to review the matter and prepare a letter to SLD Landfill Inc. The draft letter is attached along with support materials.
