a) Approve Contract #25-603, Health Insurance Coverage with Aetna for the term of January 1, 2026, through and including, December 31, 2026; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement.

No action needed. Budgeted in the Risk Management Fund - Health Insurance Budget during the FY2026 budget approval process. Funding for this expenditure comes from Health Insurance premiums.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
On July 22, 2025, the Board approved the move from Cigna to Aetna for the Health Insurance Coverage. This is an annual contract for health insurance, which will now run on a calendar year term of January 1, 2026, through and including, December 31, 2026, with Aetna. Attached is the agreement which includes coverages and premiums for this coverage.
