BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
This item is brought back before the Board to approve a Corrected License Agreement with Tarpon Grove, LLC.
The original agreement, approved by the Board on November 25, 2025, and subsequently recorded on December 2, 2025, contained a scrivener's error within Exhibit C regarding the legal description.
Approval of this Corrected License Agreement substitutes "Corrected Exhibit C", formalizes standard statutory human trafficking acknowledgments (Section 787.06, F.S.), and establishes a retroactive Effective Date of December 1, 2025, ensuring the county's public records accurately align with the physical boardwalk footprint.
All other operational terms concerning maintenance and revocation remain unchanged.
County Attorney’s Office and Real Estate Services staff have reviewed these corrections to the license agreement and recommend approval.
