REQUESTED MOTION/ACTION
recommendation
Recommended Action:
a) Approve and accept the Public Transportation Grant Agreement (PTGA) between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners in the amount of $67,268.00 for the purpose of providing public transportation in the rural service area of Charlotte County; and
b) Approve Resolution authorizing the County Administrator or his designee to enter into, modify or terminate the PTGA; and
c) Authorize the Chairman to execute and Resolution.

Budgeted Action:
No action needed. A budget amendment will be brought to the Board for approval. Grant funding in the amount of $67,268.00 will be provided by FDOT as a pass through from the Federal Transit Administration. There is a required County match of 50% local funds in the amount of $67,268.00.
