Chad and Wendy Solowiejko are requesting to vacate a portion of Port Charlotte Subdivision Section 17 consisting of Lots 21 through 23 (See Attachment 1), Block 941, Plat Book 5, Page 6A-6D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. The properties consist of 0.94± acres and is generally located North of Kenilworth Blvd, South and East of Rutland Circle and West of the Lion Heart Waterway, in the Port Charlotte area. Located in Commission District V.
No residents will be denied reasonable access to their property because of this petition. Therefore, it is staff’s professional opinion that the proposed plat vacation is generally consistent with Charlotte County’s Comprehensive Plan, Charlotte County's Code of Laws and Ordinances and other applicable guidelines.
