a) Approve Amendment 5 to the Interlocal agreement between Charlotte County and Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO); and

b) Authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment 5; and

c) Approve the Resolution to authorize the Administrator or his designee to sign future Interlocal Agreements; and

d) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution.

Budgeted Action:

No action needed. Budgeted in the General Fund - Mosquito Control budget as approved in the FY2027 budget process. Funding for the expenditure comes from Ad Valorem.
