No action needed. Budgeted in the Information Technology Capital Maintenance Plan as approved in the FY26 budget process. Funding is supplied from the IT Equipment Replacement fund via a transfer from Capital Projects, ad valorem.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Information Technology is requesting the purchase of new laptops, workstations, and docks for an endpoint refresh. The order will consist of 265 Dell Pro 16 Plus, 50 Dell Pro Max 16 XCTO Bases, 30 Dell Pro Slim Plus and 316 Dell pro Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock for an endpoint refresh. This purchase is through the Florida State Contract #43210000-23-NASPO-ACS Contract.
Therefore, it has been determined to be in the best interest of the County to award the purchase of Endpoint Refresh Laptops, Workstations, and Docks, per the Florida State Contract #43210000-23-NASPO-ACS Contract, and award Computers at Work, Inc DBA V Tech of Naples, Florida for a purchase price of $525,170.27
