body
In accordance with Florida Statute 380.093, the Charlotte County Vulnerability Assessment examines the potential risks to our community's critical services from tidal surge-induced flooding due to a 100-year storm event under both current and predicted future sea level conditions. Assets examined included county facilities, schools, shelters, roadways, natural resources, health care centers, and emergency response services. Completion of this assessment is a prerequisite for eligibility to receive grants from the state Resilient Florida program.
